Quality Monitoring Tools Training at GISTC Patiala

QMT Training

Quality Monitoring Tools training was held on 01/10/2013 in Govt. Inservice Training Centre Patiala for the Principals of Govt. Schools in District Patiala. 

 

Training was held by the instructions of Govt.  of Punjab in the guidance of Mr. Rajesh Jain(Lect. Chemistry) SISE Chandigarh and S. Maninderpal Singh(Principal GISTC Patiala). S. Ranjosh Singh Lect. DIET Nabha and S.Jaswinder Singh Lect. Physics(GSSS Shekhupur) were the resource persons and the provide the training on SMF and BMF performa. They also provide both the performa's to the principals as sample. 

 

Ms. Sapna Menon(AIF Trainer) provide technical support during this training to resource persons. After the complition of training, She gave brief introduction about AIF and Pedagogy seminars under RMSA with collaboration of American India Foundation Trust (AIFT). She also shown animated motivational video to motive all of the particiapants.

 S.Jaswinder Singh also discussed about ACT of Right to Education.

Welcome Message by Principal - Pedagogy based trainings are organized by Rashriya Madmik Shiksha Abhian Punjab with collaboration of American India Foundation at Govt Inservice training center Patiala. The training manual for three days pedagogy training is well designed and enriched with subject  relevant examples, activities which are very helpful to understand the pedagogical concepts & tools. GISTC Patiala staff members have attended the trainings and finds the training Manual very useful to understand the child psychology. Contents covered in Pedagogy training manual are How critical thinking help the child to enhance thinking, Creative ideas & work in classroom can help the teacher to understand the child better and how collaborative work helps the students & teachers for better results.. Through the understanding of these concepts teachers can make  the  teaching learning process more effective and interesting.

These training's are totally based on child's psychology. The teachers will definite learn how to enhance the thinking capacity of students? how to promote the creative thinking in students & collaborative learning in classrooms? 

I hope teachers will incorporate the tools & concepts from training & implement in their current classrooms & share with their peers.
