AIF CEO's Visit

GISTC Patiala

Mr. Ravi Kumar, CEO  of  AIF , visited Punjab on 28th Jun’13 to understand the implementation and Outcome of DE Program. To take a review and to understand the implementation of centralized training model in Punjab, he visited  Govt. Inservice Training Center, Patiala  to have sense of  the centralized training program is going to be implemented in 12 districts of Punjab.

During the visit AIF CEO Mr. Ravi Kumar has interacted with the Principal of Govt. In-service  Training Center and observed the training session of GISTC / DIET Lecturers  conducted by AIF Trainers Mr. Rajinder Singh and Ms. Sapna. He observed the session for around 30 mins and Interacted with all the teachers to take a view about DE Program, how its being helping the teachers and how its different from the other training programs. In this view teachers responded with full enthusiasm about the impact of this training specially the interactive way, tools ,Methodology and the manual  shared  by AIF trainers to teach students.

Director Operation’s Punjab, Mrs. Mrinalika Dhapola and Mr. Santosh Singh Regional Coordinator, Punjab  interacted with the teachers to take valuable feedback from teachers about Pedagogy Manual and about overall training; focusing on teaching learning process so that training can be made more impact-full in future.
